At Liza Michelle Jewelry, every piece is thoughtfully made and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Ready-to-Ship Items
We offer flat-rate shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) for eligible ready-to-ship pieces.
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
- Delivery timelines vary by location and selected service.
Please note that USPS delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Fine Jewelry & High-Value Orders
Fine jewelry and high-value pieces are shipped via FedEx Fully Insured 1–2 Day Service.
For your protection:
- All fine jewelry shipments are fully insured.
- Adult signature is required upon delivery.
- Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for fine jewelry orders.
You will receive tracking information once your piece has shipped. We recommend ensuring someone 21+ is available to sign at the delivery address.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom and made-to-order items ship once completed. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details when your piece is ready.
Due to the value and one-of-a-kind nature of custom work, these pieces ship via our fully insured FedEx service with adult signature required.
Local Pickup — Cleveland
We are pleased to offer local pickup in Cleveland for clients who prefer to collect their piece in person.
To ensure a smooth and secure experience:
- Pickup appointments must be scheduled through our online booking portal.
- Orders may only be picked up after you have received a confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
- We are unable to accommodate walk-ins or same-day pickup requests.
You will receive detailed pickup instructions once your order is confirmed ready.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
