Every consultation at LMJ includes a design credit that applies toward your finished piece. It's not a deposit - it's a commitment that the time you spend with us goes toward what we're building together. The design credit is your first investment in something made entirely for you.

Custom jewelry including earrings and pendants start at $4000. Simple rings start closer to $5000. Our custom engagement and commitment rings start at $7500.  The typical range for custom engagement rings is $7500-$25,000. When booking your appointment, you will provide your desired budget so that we can work collaboratively to see where your dream piece and your budget overlap perfectly.

Custom projects take anywhere from 6 - 12 weeks from start to finish. Design consultation time (2-4 weeks), material sourcing (1-3 weeks), and design complexity + fabrication (3-6 weeks) are all factors in timelines.  If you are in a pinch, please get in touch about rush options.

We recommend couples reach out no later than 3 months from their wedding. This gives ample time to make decisions and budget, while saving your precious time closer to the wedding for more day-of decision making. That said there's no such thing as too early! We know all too well how nice it can feel crossing off that to-do list!

LMJ offers a 6-month limited warranty along with the following complimentary services:

• One resizing within 30 days; 2-7 day turnaround. If a ring requires a full remake due to incorrect size submission there will be a fee assessed.
• Eternity bands require exact ring size and will require a full rebuild/incur a charge. Please inquire about the sizing limits of your purchase.
• Routine cleaning or refinishing; 1-3 day turnaround
• Prong tip checks, overall inspection

All custom sales are final. In the event the piece needs to be re-worked, labor and materials will be billed accordingly. LMJ does not buy back diamonds, gemstones or gold.
