Conflict Free + Traceable Gemstones
LMJ works closely with our suppliers to offer conflict free diamonds and gemstones in accordance with the Kimberley Process. In addition, we work with several suppliers to source Canadian and other responsibly mined diamonds + sapphires, including our partnership with Misfit Diamonds. We have access to a variety of different provenance and tracing methods, including mine-to-market documentation, CanadaMark diamonds, and statements of origin.
Recycled Gold
LMJ works exclusively with 100% recycled gold, all of our vendors require yearly recertification with the Responsible Jewelry Council. The RJC defines recycled gold as precious metal that has been previously refined, originating from sources such as old jewelry, industrial scraps, and electronics. We also capture and recycled all of our gold scrap, and offer gold recycling as an option to our local custom clients.
Local & Designed-to-Order Craftsmanship
All of our pieces are designed and handcrafted in our Cleveland Heights studio, with care and intention in every detail. To reduce waste and honor the preciousness of our materials, we keep a minimal inventory of finished jewelry and gemstones. Many of our designs are made-to-order, created especially for you.
Quality & Longevity
Every piece is crafted with longevity in mind—made to be cherished, worn often, and loved for years to come. The more a piece stays with you and becomes part of your everyday life, the more sustainable it truly is. Our rings are built with a standard thickness of 1.8mm, ensuring lasting durability.
Delicate Heft
Delicate heft is my promise that every piece feels light and effortless on your body, but never flimsy in your hands. I build with a minimum 1.8 mm shank and solid construction so prongs, bands, and settings can stand up to real life, not just the jewelry case. It’s why my rings feel refined and comfortable for everyday wear yet have the quiet weight and durability you expect from an heirloom.
The delicacy is what you see. The heft is what you'll pass down from generation to generation.
